Join me in Madeira for a retreat that blends movement, stillness, and connection in one of the most naturally beautiful and energetically calming places in the world.

Each day begins with a dynamic yet lighthearted yoga class — all levels welcome, no pressure to perform. These morning sessions will help you feel clear, steady, and grounded as we move through the day. In the evenings, we wind down with restorative yoga, sound healing, and time to simply be — because real integration doesn’t happen in the hustle. You’ll get one or two classes a day, plus plenty of space to hike, journal, nap, swim, or do absolutely nothing. This is your reset.

We’ll be staying at Sentido Galosol, a clifftop eco-hotel with panoramic Atlantic views, ocean access, a full wellness spa, and lush gardens that make you feel like you’ve landed somewhere between Hawaii and the Azores. The hotel is peaceful, bright, and beautifully designed — with everything you need to drop in and exhale.

You’ll eat well, too. Expect vibrant breakfasts, fresh fruits and vegetables, wild-caught seafood, wood-fired local bread, and a farm-to-table lunch that’ll stay in your memory long after the retreat ends.

When we’re not practicing, we’ll explore the island through guided adventures that balance ease and excitement:
